Human Experience design (or HX design!) is a design framework which combines a number of existing design principles such as user research, UI design and design thinking with empathy at its core.
In contrast to other disciplines, HX design doesn’t focus on designing for a specific type of person (for instance, a user, a client...) but for any human who could be connected to or influenced by the product, system or service at any point in the life cycle.
The idea behind HX design is to “think human” and take human perspectives, emotional states and emotional wellbeing into account.
HX design is at the core of our business. We believe that humans should be taken into account at all times. To achieve this, we use HX design as a framework and apply it through HX methods.
A design sprint is a 4 day process to solve big challenges and create new products. It compresses months of work into a few days.
We use design sprints to enable our clients to transform their businesses into Human AI businesses. After an HX Design Sprint we move straight into a human-driven development cycle to bring our brand new ideas to life.
The HX community is a co-creation community made up of our beta clients. We believe our clients are the experts in their field and aim to connect our clients’ business decisions with our technology.
The benefits of the HX community include knowledge sharing events, the ability to impact our roadmap directly and a close connection between our end users and our technology. Interested? Apply here.

Why is this so difficult? Well, current product development processes (particularly at large companies) are often slow, unfocused and impractical.
We believe we can help.
To speed up the process we use design sprints and executive scopes, helping us to narrow down to the core of your challenge, and giving you the space you need to solve it.
We apply HX methods to make sure we stay focused. We use roadmaps which are shared with our clients. We create mock-ups. We support you and your team on keeping on track.
We create a proof of concept, build it out in a development sprint and use our workbench to make sure it work to your satisfaction.
